Routine physical exams are needed every year for children and adolescence. If your child participates in high school athletics, a sports physical is required annually, but this does not take the place of the physical exam.

We will keep a record of your child's immunizations in the medical chart. We encourage you to keep an immunization record also and bring it to each appointment so we may update it for you.

For more detailed information about childhood immunizations, see this 2010 Recommended Immunizations for Children from Birth Through 6 Years Old and Summary of Recommendations for Childhood and Adolescent Immunization.
